is stamping in India  better or CoS in US.? What are the risks of attending visa interview since your i140 is approved .?

Brother, naa i140 approved in 2013 and 2014 lo change of status apply chesa naa wife ki. Approval ravadaniki 5-6 months anukunta pattindi.

Right now, processing times are ~18 months. I would not recommend doing it. Better go to India and apply visa from consulate. Twaraga vachestundi

india lo anukokunda visa reject ayite, malli H4 meeda ravochu kada? i think answer is YES, but making sure.

E field lo IMG?, biochemistry and related fields technology alert list lo unnayi. F1 ki they need to do a background check which will take an additional 4 weeks.

Basic ga naa question is for H4 to J1. I think you replied to my other thread .Tanaki IM residency seat vachindhi 

but internet lo search chesthe process is same for H4 to j1and H4 to F1 ani vundhi but h4to j1 gurunchi not much information available so i wanted know others experience for H4-f1
