tittiemaster Posted March 25, 2019 Author Report Posted March 25, 2019 .90%+ Indian software engineer pass out from different engineering college don’t have basic understanding of data structures and algorithms. 2.Majority of the software engineer are under waged due to low practical knowledge. 3.Every computer science/I.T. students wants to become a software engineer without know the real-meaning of a software developer/engineer. 4.They work on either old tools & technologies that are used 15 years backs. 5.Thy are not aware about what is the latest trends in the current software development industry. Ask them about artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data & analytics, blockchain, Internet of Things (IOT), web-framework- they will ask what these terms are. Conclusion: It is not their fault completely. This is the Indian education system that is designed and developed in such a manner that 90% of the Indian software engineer are un-educated in real meaning. 1 Quote
