Singapore Layover suggestions

     17hrs layover undi in singapore, was planning to cover top most visiting places, any recommendations ?

evarina singapore chusunte in layover time, can you suggest an itinerary... 

layover time 3am - 8pm SGT, as the flight lands at 3am, confused on how to plan for the day , where to start and all stuff

why not other flights which can take you with out that much delay
