so as per the comments above out of 30000 acres, 30%, which is approx 10000 acres are assigned back to people/farmers. so the remaining 20000 acres now totally belongs to Govt. right?

My only concern is, who ever comes next CBN/Jagan/PK, what will they do with this land. Hope they really develop the Capital instead of eating all the available land

indulo roads, bridges, parks, gov assigned temples, churches, mosques,  and development work ki half paina podhi, if you are into real estate you know what it takes to develop a plot.

As long as the land is utilized for Capital, I am really happy baa. But, next evadu vochina land ni binami la ki valla amma mogudlaki danam cheyyakunda vunte chalu. Hope, we will see a beautiful capital in near future
