Can you claim a parent living in India as the dependent? Tax Filing Agent says you can claim the parent if you support more than 50% of the expenses  in India. Thanks.

india ki dabullu pampi akkada land /house koni...dependent expenses/health expenses ki pampina ani claim sesthava?

@xano917 6 months undachu kadha. 

@user789 Not sure .. just wanted to know the information and go proper route with tax filing. Didn’t want to take the advice of the Tax Agent blindly.
