ఈసీ ఆదేశాల్లో జోక్యం చేసుకోలేం: ఏపీ హైకోర్టు

 

అమరావతి: ఐపీఎస్‌ల బదిలీ వ్యవహారంపై ఏపీ హైకోర్టు తీర్పు శుక్రవారం తీర్పు వెలువరించింది. ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఆదేశాల్లో తాము జోక్యం చేసుకోలేమంటూ స్పష్టంచేసింది. ఇంటెలిజెన్స్‌ డీజీ ఏబీ వెంకటేశ్వరరావు, శ్రీకాకుళం, కడప ఎస్పీల బదిలీలపై గురువారం సుదీర్ఘ వాదనలు విన్న హైకోర్టు ధర్మాసనం తన నిర్ణయాన్ని నేటికి వాయిదా వేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. 

ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం దాఖలు చేసిన పిటిషన్‌పై భారత ఎన్నికల సంఘం(ఈసీఐ) ఉత్తర్వులను సమర్థిస్తూ నిన్న సీనియర్‌ న్యాయవాది డి.ప్రకాష్‌రెడ్డి వాదనలు వినిపించారు. ఎన్నికల విధులతో సంబంధం లేని ఇంటెలిజెన్స్‌ డీజీని బదిలీ చేసే అధికారం ఈసీఐకి లేదని ప్రభుత్వ అడ్వొకేట్‌ జనరల్‌(ఏజీ) దమ్మాలపాటి శ్రీనివాస్‌ వాదించారు. ఇరు పక్షాల వాదనలు విన్న ధర్మాసనం.. ఈమేరకు ఇవాళ తీర్పు వెలువరించింది. ‘నో కేస్‌ ఫర్‌ ఇంటిరిమ్‌ రిలీఫ్‌’ అంటూ జస్టిస్‌ ప్రవీణ్‌కుమార్‌ నేతృత్వంలోని ధర్మాసనం పేర్కొంది. హైకోర్టు ఆదేశాల నేపథ్యంలో ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఆదేశాలు అమల్లో ఉండనున్నాయి.

It’s nkt about winning...Babu has done so many illegal things like phone tapping and all with the help of intelligence department...Removing from the position will create more trouble for CM and his activities...
