mesthris vallane chala mandi life nashanam kuda aindi ba...anadaru meshris manchollu kadu valle mana target...ma meshri gadu 15K bokka pettadu...

vallu bad ani telusu kuda manollu join avvakunda leru kada. it's bad or win-win for both. Nenu kuda join ayyina kotha lo alane anukunna but lately i realized without them we would have gone out of country as soon as project ends.

kotha varaku correct a ba...kani ala alavatu chesaru manani...Ms ayyaka 3 months lo job radu ani maname decide ayyi...meshri daggara join avtham..consultancy option a lekapothe chala mandi fulltime kodatharu ba...

Basically, real companies don't want any legal liabilities. So, they gave requirements to WITCH or other primary vendors. And the latter don't want any legal liabilities. That's how mesthris are born, evolved and abuse.

Even today, WITCH naakodukulu direct ga involve kaadu. WITCH *** kodukulu ki konni desi prime vendors, tarvaata, ee prime vendors send reqs to mesthris. Enduku itla  chestunnaru? Just to avoid any legal liability.

Not really bro, company version is quite different and i don't think it's as easy as we all think. Every corporate has a huge head wind to hire an employee because of the luggage it has to carry, like health insurance, retail spot for employee to work, workspace resources, equipment, county support. For instance, Bank of America in Charlotte won't hire immigrants over locals because of the funding it gives to local political candidates and their lobbying. You generally don't care about this info because we don't expose to other side of their stories. Companies rather shift to offshore than hire in US. The cost is a fraction of all this nonsense.

Yes, a typical client pays $3500 /month/space to employ a resource in a upscale areas like downtown's regardless of city. This is a min fee it starts with and the amount of money it costs is way too much to house employees versus contractors.

Nuvvu real ga effort petti try chesthe every semester graduate ayyi  jobs kosam chuse ratio is much higher than their field of study because of ever evolving Tech industry your education from past 20 years become irrelevant next year and it's stupid for anyone to say you don't have relevant field of education. So you have to fund yourself in a way reasonable to pay off the education debt. If you ever had to face a recession this year the major stimulus package is going towards Student loans because students are not in a position to pay off their debts a

Contractor get paid 2-3 times more than full time employees. So your argument not applicable in all cases. I know lot of companies which have zero contractors policy since they save more money by hiring full time employees if they are capable of managing extra over head like h1 applications process and more HR resources to manage visa stuff. 

If there is no mesthri danda , They will just focus on doing that on their own. If offshoring is possible in their scenario then they wont even look for contractors , They will just do that first instead of hiring expensive contractors.

Even 2-3 times pay chesina there’s no liability or commitment needed for years instead of days when it comes to hiring contracting resources.

You are not going to agree with me bro because you are not looking this in other way. To fire employee is more challenging than a contractor and ANY employer out there willing to pay extra and get rid of the contractors without any traces. If you ever know any HR talk to them. Verizon recently struggled to pay the employees to fire them and contract to Infosys. If this is a huge loss they wouldn't offshore. They are passing all the money to vendor to contractor to pay their taxes and company saves lot of money in tax by hiring contractors. The companies you mentioned are too small and they haven't quite experienced all this.

your argument makes sense if those positions are temporary and companies have to get rid of employees at some time.  But I have seen few contracting jobs which last 10-20 years too. 

They don't even try to make such jobs full time jobs only because some director or VP owns contracting company or they get some kick backs for hiring contractors from staffing agencies.
