They are only trying to eliminate law suit. They still in plans to eliminate H4 EAD

I don’t understand either. It somehow feels like DHS is defending itself in bringing it in the first place and removing it now. I also feel like its saying immigration voice and save jobs have no authority to challenge or support H4 EAD. It’s all so contradictory.
Can you please explain in simpler language Emily?

  This is more of a strategy to get the lawsuit dismissed rather than arguing anything about the merits of the H-4 EAD itself. If they get the lawsuit tossed or not, they still plan to eliminate the H-4 EAD.
