First, very hard to verify, as LCA data will be available 6 months later. Second, LCA doesn't mention your name. WITCH companies just file 50K LCAs each every year. For instance, if TCS has a contract with CISCO San Jose. TCS will file 1000 LCAs in 6 months advance. Sometimes, you can file a single LCA for 100 positions (check 7 on 9035 form). Either trust your employer or ask him for a copy of LCA. Honestly, it is VERY EASY to get LCAs, as long as your employer fills the details. In 5 to 6 business days, your LCA will get approved automatically. Quote
