financial advice needed

Hi all,

anni appulu terchesaka....say oka 30L INR save ayyi unte, is it advised to put that 30L & take housing loan and buy an apartment  in India?

Still bachelor, 27 age. ee H1 extensions talakainoppulu chustonte ikkada situation erojo repo anatu undi. So, r2i in inevitable anipistondi. So, ee time lo unna savings ni ila apartment konandam better option ah or any investments? Naku apartment revenue generating purpose kadu. US lo undagane I want to make sure I plan for shelter & health insurance & some emergency fund before I r2I.

invest in lands outside Hyd...50-60kms from Hyd.

real estate is very good and investment on lands now will give you good returns in 1 or 2 years...just buy and sell

invest in some land/site... india velli you need a place to live annapudu sell the land and buy appartment where ever you see it fit

outside hyd ante konni areas suggest chey man. I'll look into this option.

koncham karchu ekuva aaina close to companies tesukunte.. it will be easy to sell

banglore lo bannergatta area lo around 60L ki 2 year sold construction 2bhk  dorukutunayi ani oka friend dwara telisindi..rent around 22k vostundi ta. Will it be a good bet. Is bannergatta a good area for growth? 

want to know about returns because bangalore lo settle ayye plan ledu. r2i aithe matuku pakka hyd ae..anduke.
