This is BS. H1 to H4 conversion is easy. If his wife has I-140 he is eligible to file EAD, so applying H4 + EAD will get approval faster than just applying H4. India lo kuda H4 easy ga approve avvudhi. India vellatledu ante he might be feeling shy to face the crowd?
