entha area vastadi ante there is a formula that has to be applied can be found in the above link

It basically depends on three factors

Plot size,Abutting road width and plot facing the road width.

Also, if the plot is more than 200 yards, then stilt parking is also required in case if the permission is to build for maximum permissable height.

100 lo emostadi ankul duplex...chana tight ayitadi..atleast 140-160 tho aina work out ayitademo kani 100 la duplex kastame..

Losugulu vuntayi...most builders what they do is balconies ni main bean nundi bayataki extend chestaru and usually this is not considered as as violation...so every flat ki oka 2 balconies ante deggara deggara 100 sft more anuko...

frontal vadalalsinde kani side and back set backs oka 1 feet ni work out chesukovachu...pedda deviation emi kaadu kabatti chaltha...

neyankamma....appudugani pulihora avadu site...instead of apt better to build it as 4 floor (one stilt and 3 floors )

are you sure? i think idi still considered as violation uncle...ofcourse bps kattukovachu tarvata...we had the same issue with our apt and we paid bps on it

There is a trick for that...usually violation ni main beam nundi supporting beam varaku calculate chestaru....and people usually what they do instead of extending the beams, they do perimeter beams liike rectangle box with beams running length and breadth of the slab...

such perimeter beam nundi balcony ni 3-4 feet varaku extend chesina pedda paraq padadu...
