500 sq yards lo 3 bed ante area mottam use cheste rooms peddaga vastai...I would use 300 sq yards for construction and remaining for garden/parking...500 sq yards ante rooms peddaga vastai...u end up paying more for mestri for less work as he charges per sft....u will be looking at ~5000 sft almost if u end up using all 500 sq yards... mostly 60 lakhs daggara end avvochu without cupboard work... flooring ki italian vadite house mottam...inko 10 lakhs atu itu

Ma vadu started from scratch...borewell... permission everything including...but adi for selling uncle..so 2nd quality material used like builder

1700 anukunta...it was 167 sq yards plot....gram panchayat permission le... it's a muncipality...but bribed officer to get old  date gram panchayat permission and he saved around 70k ani annadu
