Regarding client name in I-129 and LCA for stamping.

Hello All,

I am working as consultant. I do not have the client name listed in I-129 form , just the address is listed. It is the same in LCA and I-129 form. Is client name mandatory on I-129 and LCA? i do have the approved h1b petiton for 3 years(2018-2021) though. has anyone faced the same issue?

 

Here is my scenario -->

I am working at client `A`  at site 'Y'  address where the implementation partner is LCH(reverse it)  .LCH  is saying that LCH is my client , because they hired me and deployed at this client `A`  at site 'Y'. They are saying that we are giving the letter stating the same client A and site Y. And more over the client `A` does not give any client letter or in writing that they cannot give me the letter(if we go and interact with the manager at client regarding this we will be fired). if i say my client is `A` , i do not have any documents to prove that legally. Can i tell LCH is my client ? am asking all this for visa stamping. please tell us your advice

I have literally seen people leaving from our project for not giving the letter.This is not good.
