Finance a car vs leasing the car which is better..  

There is a saying in finance... Assets like car which depreciates need to be leased ..... Assets like house which appreciates need to be financed... Do you guys agree...

Pros and Cons of Leasing...  please ???

accord/camry/ any cars unders 30k buy them 

or if you get deals for 150- 250 go for them

If you need a car for short term needs (like less than 2/3 years) then leasing may make sense. 

Personally I prefer to buy a nice CPO car and drive that thing for 15K miles/yr avg. Leasing somehow is not my thing

Actually depends on deal....

Depends on car dealership....car deals in your city... competition of dealers there... season of sale...etc.

Correct..manchi deal vaste teesukovatam better...every 3 years car change chesukovachu..u don't need to drive same car for 10 years
