My Wife joined Ranstad with $106k/year with Masters and she got H1 denial. She joined on receipt because last year there is no PP so she had no choice because approvals taking beyond 7+ months and old prime vendor can't keep that H1 alive.  How do you justify this case bro? They also gave hand and she had to go out of country, too but I applied H4. You cannot say WITCH companies are the blame but in our case she had to go out of country but WITCH aithe at least you get job in India.
