PHX lo rents kuda thakkuvey kada man.. $1k lo easy ga 2B2B vasthundi kada... thakkuva rents unnapudu dont buy house.. if kontanu antey.. alanti areas lo decent size konu...$400 lo konu.. make sure 20-30% untey best.. EMI thakkuva untundi and banks ekkuva down chesthey thakkuva APR istharu

That’s very less, I suggest you pay more down payment and buy so mortgage is less
