పదవి కోసం పెన్షన్లు, ఋణ మాఫీలూ, ఉచిత సర్వీసుల ఆఫర్ ద్వారా మన నాయకులు దేశాన్ని మరో వెనిజులా చేస్తున్నారా? వొళ్ళు గగుర్పొడిచే ఈ చరిత్ర చదవండి. 
చిన్న చిన్న సెలయేళ్ళు, నదులు, పచ్చటి ప్రకృతి, సముద్ర తీరాల్లో సమృద్ధి గా ఆయిల్... 1970 లో వెనిజులా ప్రపంచపు 20 ధనిక దేశాల్లో ఒకటి. ఓ నాయకుడు అధికారంలోకి రావటం కోసం ఎన్నికల సమయంలో... ఖాళీగా ఇంట్లో కూర్చున్నవారికీ, బీద కుటుంబాలకీ నెల నెలా ధన సహాయం అని ప్రకటించాడు. గొప్పగా గెలిచాడు. దేశ ఐశ్వర్యం అందరికీ పంచాడు. తరువాతి ఎన్నికల్లో కార్మికుల, ఉద్యోగస్తుల జీతాలు 5 రెట్లు పెంచాడు. సింగిల్ పేరెంట్స్ ఆడవారికి అనూహ్యంగా కానుకలిచ్చాడు. 2008లో మళ్ళీ ఎన్నికలు వచ్చాయి. ‘ధర పెరగని రొట్టె ముక్క’ అని ప్రకటించి తిరిగి అధికారం సంపాదించుకున్నాడు. ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించిన ధరలకి రొట్టెలు, బ్రెడ్, మిగతా నిత్యావసర పదార్ధాలు ఇవ్వలేక చాలా కంపెనీలు మూత పడి పోయాయి. More than three million rich industrialists, skilled workers and intelligent students have left the country. ప్రెసిడెంట్ వెనక్కి తగ్గలేదు. దేశంలో ఆయిల్ ద్వారా వస్తూన్న డబ్బు బోలెడు ఉంది. టాయిలెట్ పేపర్ కూడా విదేశాలనుంచి దిగుమతి చేసుకున్నాడు. దేశంలో పని లేదు. హ్యాపిగా తినటం, ప్రభుత్వo ఇచ్చే భ్రుతి తో ఆనందించటం..! ఉచితంగా వచ్చే డబ్బు, సబ్సిడీలకోసం ఎగబడిన జనం రాబోయే సునామీని ఊహించ లేదు. 2005 లో ఆయిల్ ధర పడిపోయింది. దాంతో కరెన్సీ ముద్రణ పెంచాడు. ఎక్కడ చూసినా డబ్బే. పైసా విలువ లేని డబ్బు..! 2018 వచ్చేసరికి ఇన్-ఫ్లేషన్ 13,00,000% అయింది. ఉచిత సబ్సిడీలు ఆగిపోవటంతో దానికి అలవాటు పడ్డ యువకులు కత్తులు, పిస్టళ్లు పట్టుకుని లూటీ చేస్తున్నారు. తిండి లేక జూ లో జంతువులన్నీ చచ్చి పోయాయి. వెనిజుల ముఖ్యపట్టణం పేరు కారకాస్. Carcass అంటే జంతువు కళేబరం. (The dead body of an animal). ప్రతి ఏటా, ఆ నగరంలో ప్రతి లక్షమంది జనాభాలో లో 20 వేలమంది మర్డర్లకి గురి అవుతున్నారు. ప్రపంచంలో పదవ పెద్ద లంచగొండి దేశంగా మారిన వెనిజులా, ప్రస్తుతం ప్రపంచపు అత్యంత ప్రమాదకరమైన రక్తపాత దేశాల లిస్టులో నెంబర్ 1 స్థానంలో ఉంది. టూరిస్టులని ఆదేశానికి వెళ్ళవద్దని మిగతా దేశాలు హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాయి. దిగుమతులకి డబ్బు లేదు. కరెంటు లేదు. నాలుగు రోజులకొక కేవలం గంట నీళ్ళు. షాపుల్లో చివరికి టూత్-పేస్ట్ లేదు. ఉన్నా కొనటానికి డబ్బు లేదు. తినటానికి తిండి లేని వారి సంఖ్య అయిదేళ్ళలో 30 నుంచి 66% కి పెరిగింది. చిన్న రొట్టేముక్క కోసం శరీరo అమ్ముకోవటానికి రాత్రంతా రోడ్ల మీద నిలుచున్న బాలికలు, కాస్త తిండి కోసం తెల్లవారు నుంచి అర్థరాత్రి వరకూ క్యూలో నిలబడే పిల్లలూ, కాలుస్తున్న సగం సిగరెట్ ఇమ్మని రోడ్ల మీద అడుక్కునే పెద్దలు... ఇదీ ప్రస్తుతం ఆ దేశ పరిస్థితి. 

సమ సమాజం కావాల్సిందే. కానీ ఉచితం గా ఇవ్వటం ద్వారా కాదు. ఇది నాయకులు తెలుసుకోవాలి. దానికన్నా ముందు ప్రజలు ఆ నాయకులని రిజెక్ట్ చెయ్యాలి. ఈ దేశ ఉదాహరణ గురించి అందరికీ చెప్పండి.
