Need Advice - Residential land or Agriculture Land

I am not able to decide wether to buy agriculture land or residential .  Agriculture land ayithe chala headaches untayi anukuntunna . Adhe residential ayithe pedda tensions undavu , Kani oka 5 or 10 years taravatha farm land prices will skyrocket anukuntunna and taravatha konalemu emo. Looking in E and W Godavari districts. One crore ki city outskirts 600 yards site vastundi , ade amount tho city ki 15 kms lo 3-4 acre farm land dorukutundi.
