I still wonder how Rayapati keeps winning. Naaku Ooha telisinnapatinundi except during Vajpayee time, he always would win. Malli mass leader kaadu, parliament lo emi matladadu, illegal affairs etc, no development in constituency.. but still wins due to caste and money.
