I know from andhrawatch around 2012 . I wasn’t really active till 2016 as busy with my interests and concentrating on career . I am on relax mode now and made some good virtual friends .I kinda come only for them. 

I agree there is negative energy and  used to take DB comments to heart when abused and get hurt but now learned to block people and have just fun.  Office lo manchi time pass kuda when running maven commands starting servers and waiting for them to be up for testing .

No I don't mean negative just when someone is in a petty fight with some ID.. but too many people act or talk inappropriately here for no reason on random topics.. leaves you with a bad taste when you consume all that content regularly.. its important to choose what we feed to our brain on a daily basis. May be there should be a upvote button on topics/posts and comments within it in this DB [similar to reddit] so that the junk gets pushed to the bottom

Yeah . I love wasting time at work so that too . I code very fast so I balance it out wasting here and keep the pace . I don’t want to set too much expectation and burn out . I don’t get an award for working too much  I just get the same salary 

Btw we have upvote , like and other emoticons for quotes here too  .

Right but the content does not get ordered by number of upvotes etc like in Reddit.. and don't think there's a way to upvote a topic itself. Anyway it was a random suggestion.. on further thought don't think it would make sense here given the usage trends here.

Okay . Makes sense !! There is no blocking feature itself . Block cheste we can’t see which is useless they shouldn’t be able to see or quote us .
