Yes.. In two ways 

1.ENG should loose against NZ tomorrow & Pakistan should win against BANG on 5th July this is a straight forward opportunity. 

2.If ENG win tomorrow and NZ have to be careful that they don't loose by huge margin since that would make their NRR dip highly ,Pakistan win against BANG is not only enough but have to better NZ net run rate by winning against bang by big margin.. 

One thing Pakistan have advantage is they will know after tomorrow match what they have get against Bangladesh apart from winning it..
