H1 plus h4 and ead with biometric

Doing H1 + H4 extension in premium preocessing.

Attorney says idivaraku laaga H4 ventane approve avadu ani. I know they added biometrics.

 

How does this biometric process work with premium process.

Good question, maybe finger print card pampinchali emo? or local ga authorized stores lo finger printing chestaru maybe appointment tisukoni akkada ivvali emo. I will find out.

start ayindi recentgane kada.. so evadiki correect ga telidu.. wait for a letter..

my guess is u will be notified via mail, then u will need to schedule a biometrics apmt and then in a few months h4 approve avtundi..

h4 doesnt have premium processing.. so simultaneousga ayye chance ledu kabatti it will take regular processing time mostly

L2 EAD ki same process ..they will send a mail for scheduling appointments..just extra step

nope, depends on slot availability too for Fingerprints.

So in case If someone Applies for h1premimum with h4, process enti?

they have to pay for biometrics and wait for appointment ?

with in time range lo vasthunda h4 expire ayye lopu
