THere is no Premium for H4. I think with recent change to include biometrics, H1 premium processing chesina because of biometrics H4 processing will take months.

Is this bio-metric process both for new and renewal of eh four? In that case  ech1+ech4+ech4 ead  extension cannot be filed simultaneously ?

Yes, only for H4 dependents.

Might be true..Process nothing different everything remains the same Except fingerprints in person in th emiddle of process and no premium for H4 anthe..

h4 and h4-ead ki premium ledhu. H1b premium chesi and in same package h4 and h4-ead pampitha complementary ga uscis h4 ni premium lo chesthundhi. 

we have to see how uscis will process h4 combined application now, it all depends on how there system work internally. They may place h4 application in ahead of line compared to regular h4 application. still you will see 1 month delay bcz of finger print.

once you sent your application, after the approval of h1, h4 will not be approved instantly and instead you will be given 15 days time to go and submit biometrics and once you do so, h4 will also be approved..

maa mestri kada last week ae okariki h1b approve ayi, h4 ki matram biometrics appointment teesukoni pommani chepinaru anta 15 days time...no paper work involved, reference numebr will be provided and take this reference number to nearest biometric and submit the fingerprints and iris scans...thats it..

H4 first approve avvani with biometrics thing. After that EAD apply chey separate ga.

Did u apply for H4 Extension in usa at least once?  H4 extension usa lo undagane apply chesthe I-539 form fill chesi dani meeda signature chesi original copy send cheyali. Nee H1 extn apply chesetappudu H4 person india lo unte u can not add that h4 person so in this case nee h1 approve aye daka h4 person india lo ne undi appudu H4 visa stamping interview consulate lo pettukovali india lo based on ur H1 approved receipt number.
