H4 extension ki I-539 form meeda sign cheyali and this is only for extending h4 status within the country. India lo unte u can’t fill I-539. Visa stamping ki ellichu after ur h1 extn done here

recent ga reddy neumann lo cheppadam....they might still consider premium for H4 if applied simultaneously 

But biometric add avvadam valla oka 3 weeks delay. So, inthaka mundhu 2 weeks lo approve ayitey....going forward it will take around 2 months hopefully.

is it same as first h4 ...  she went for visa stamp  in 2013.. with my h1b copy after marraige... so do u hv any source states the same... i raised this question to my employer and they are checking with attorney my comoany atteroney, gotcherlaw...waiting on it

is there any soudce that says same as u mentioned .... i am applyingbin premium so .... it will be very much confusing in india at visa consulate as my wife will be eligible for drop box, but those people will ask for h4 i797

Yes same as first H4. H4 is dependent visa on h1b principle person.  Na daggara reference em ledu but 100% confident on I-539 paper work. H4 extension ante just oka check mark kottadam anukunnava enti H1extension paper work lo?  Within usa status extend chesukovadaniki I-539 form vadutaru(this form is same for L2, H4, B2 visas). I-94 ni extend cheyamani adige request form is I-539. Out of usa unte you can not and u should not fill I-539.
