my friend recently filed for h1+h4 extn premium processing. Both of them are approved within 10 days. I am not sure about biometric. He said his wife didn't get anything related to biometric.

Depends upon the address stated in your H4 Application bro and there is also a point that you need check on the application where you have to say if you want all the communication to happen with your attorney or you ...
