Hello DBians...naa wife H1 ni H4 EAD apply chesi transfer cheyadam ee time lo worth proceeding or too risky ?

Naa H1 2021 end varaku undhi. She is currently on H1 validity till 2020 with stamping. Main goal is for her to find a Full time opportunity. Currently unable to find any job on Sales_force Ad_min which sponsoring.

Kindly advice.
