no. The process is..

if u are eligible for Cap quota (20K H1bs MS in US) u can apply for premium simultaneously with ur application.

if ur not , then u may not be eligible for premium right away even if picked, and premium will not be available before May 27th..(not guaranteed after wards as well).

 

so Apr and May lo they will process all premium apps, which were picked up in that MS in US, quota, then will start processing the regular ones...mostly end of May.

but this year, I remember I read that it’s gonna be bit different..Again, I may be wrong...! Touch poindi..

Ippude read uscis website. Premium concurrent ga apply chesthe will do premium before May 20th. However they will not do it immediately and will notify public ani undi

For Non-Premium applications, the process wont start before May 27th...

its reverse...first 20K and then 65 K..

this will increase the probability of H1 for MS students by 5500 more H1s going to them.

ledante probable date May 27th open chestam general category and prem apply cheyani MS vallaki..but that too is not guaranteed..
