switching to new employer health insurance help

currently working for employer A, and moving to new employer , new employer gademo , 45 days tharuvatha activate avuddi antundu. current employer gadiki vellipothunna ani thelisthe vadu payroll run cheyademo anukuntunna 

health insurance kooda deduct cheyademo anukuntunna , but  i have a dr appointment next month it could cost around 1000 , what should i do in this case ?

Any employer will pay health insurance ahead for each month. So nuvvu vacation ani cheppi two weeks time pass cheyyi after joining new employer and then reveal the news.

Some employers cover insurance for the entire month of your last date , so make sure it falls in the first week of the month , it should cover some 25+ days until the end of the month. Get a short team insurance for the remaining days , may be from some place like eHealth etc , If anyone else has better ideas , please post

Current employers istharu COBRA if you are no longer with them , ask them

This is somthing who  is tat employer? 45 are they kidding lafoot company anukunta. 1000$ aithe light. Doc daggara cheppu insurance ledu. Price taggistaru take $500 tell him i can only pay this much
