Not much different ( expect occasional fast food) when I used to be in India and now but I put on 60 pounds more in this 4 years. What would be the reason? How to loose weight quickly. Prathi daniki car , too much convenience , office lo not much movement 60 pounds in 4 years ante 15 pounds a year , 1.25 pounds per month , 0.04 pounds/day , 18.88 gram approx , oka 140-145 calories approx ga , cut coffee/tea once per day , stop eating that extra sweet , stop drinking that extra beer etc , you will see change in 2 weeks 2 Quote

ROju adi tinte masthu taggachu. I did reduce like that in engineering though it wasnt intentional. Nachi roju tinedanini. Quote
