Why some desis put on weight soo quickly in US? Any suggestions on loosing weight

My diet hasn’t changed much. Not much different ( expect occasional fast food) when I used to be in India and now but I put on 60 pounds more in this 4 years. What would be the reason? How to loose weight quickly. Suggestions please.

Prathi daniki car , too much convenience , office lo not much movement

60 pounds in 4 years ante 15 pounds a year , 1.25 pounds per month , 0.04 pounds/day , 18.88 gram approx , oka 140-145 calories approx ga , cut coffee/tea once per day , stop eating that extra sweet , stop drinking that extra beer etc , you will see change in 2 weeks

I eat around 7-7:30 pm and i have always been eating around same time since i started working. Its totally possible if thats your priority. *n$
