If its for Eyes --> Zatidor eye drops for quick relief.

For Nose --> Use Saline nasal spray to flush out the pollen from Nose...or use Netipot as soon as u come from outside.

You also have to keep your hair and clothes clean. Pollen gets into those easily and spreads around your house.
