Is it worth buying 4.8 cr house in India?

        I am wondering whether it is useful to buy a house in India ?  

4.8 cr + 14 % registration..

Could you please outline pros and cons..

Yes only if you are going to stay there..strictly no if not.. 

Don't expect any returns since it very tough any tenants for such huge property.. 

Plus maintenance costs adds to it if not using it..

How many portions in the home ? How much rental income from it in total now ?
