how to buy an IPO?

zoom is going public on thursday . any idea how to buy it. ??

everyone will get the same price..no preference for Hedge funds etc..

NASDAQ lo aite...munde backdoor open untadi for some capital brokers and hedge funds..manaki access ivvaru..

 

Slack is going IPO through NYSE..

not sure what Zoom and Pinterest are using to go this week...

date inka reveal cheyale...this is most awaited IPO after long time..

24-27 nadustundi private market lo..demand ekkuva undi kabatti..might open around 30-33,

but padtadi first session.... end of the day agi konukovadam better on first day of trading.

No, you can not buy ipo. Ways to buy ipo... when companies ipo (low capital companies ) they will also approach some brokers.. like  tdameritrade , etrade..  you can buy  if company approached a broker.. Usually big capital companies wont go  , so they will list in nyse or  nasdaq after 3+ ( can be week) days they will be available for retail customers.

Private placement way: you can directly buy if your big investors talking privately.... before ipo ( example banks , GS,  big shot money people like warn buffet), last way... if you have friends in that company, they can buy for you,  but every employee have limited stock purchase while it is going ipo.....

In short you cannot buy IPO Stocks.
