Indonesian President Widodo takes early lead in election, according to unofficial results

Vote counting has begun in Indonesia's presidential election, and unofficial “quick count” results show a lead for incumbent Joko Widodo against former military general Prabowo Subianto. More than 190 million people registered to elect the next president.
