leaders set the system straight in a way that system is bigger than anyone else..if u think corruption in india is because we r all born corrupt and corruption does not exist in some of the western countries because people r all righteous, it does not make sense right..creators r not driven by the market..they create their own market..how do they sustain after creating their own market is a diff issue altogether..market is the system in this case and creators r leaders..

yes, but it is always citizens who bring out the best leaders. without receptive and conscious citizens, no leader can bring change.

loksatta lacks leadership..thats their biggest hurdle..
if people r receptive and conscious, there wont be faulty systems in the first place..a leader is some one who can influence people's thinking and put them on the right path as perceived by the leader..that is how they become "receptive"..By default they r never receptive and even receptivity has to be programmed in to the minds of the people..that is why there is good n bad in leadership ..but one doesnt associate good n bad with people..

i agree that there are good and bad leaders...the problem with india is people are not listening to good leaders. do not say that it is the failure of good leaders to communicate to people. people in india have absolutely minimal knowledge of their importance in the system !q#.
