H4 Ext new process help

Friends, Evaranna recent ga h1+h4 +h4 ead extension chesara... after MArch 26 or 22 taruvatha form 1-539 change ayyindhi kada...After Packet sent to USICS ...process enti ...konchem cheppandi....

 

Ante after file goes to USCIS...vallu h4 ki finger prints ki vellamantara to the address which we mentioned in the i-539 form, dani taruvata processing enti..and moreover h1+h4 ead extensions ...ivanni appati varaku hold chesthara..and also packet pampina ennni days ki finger prints ki vellamannaru.if we file in premium process...whether all these (h1+h4+h4ead)anni 15 days lo ayipothada along with the finger prints days of H4 ....any idea ?

when you apply h1+h4+h4EAD in premium process..

 

First as per the link...

H1- Receipt comes first

H1- will be approved next
H4- You will recieve notice first , then go for finger printing, USICS will update next
H4EAD- what will be status of this , will it will be approved with H1 or wait for H4 and then approve ? I dont see the H4 EAD status on the above information.

Bro.. niku logic ardam kale...H1 packet lo h4 +h4 ead anni oka sare file cheshtey anni  15 days lo results vasthayi.. nenu last 2 times extensions chesa everytime all 3 got approved within 15 days...

 

Ikkada h4 recent ga finger prints ki time paduthundhi...dani kosam h4 ead gurinchi aduguthunna....akkada ...FYI..check the Red bus link for more info...

It will be processed as soon as biometric is done...Additional delay until finger prints are done.

Not sure..what I heard in trackit is...h1 approve aiyaka h4 ead card kuda approve avthadi and then h4 kosam biometrics appointment vasthadi ani...but idi thappu avvocchu kuda...timelines chusthe biometrics appointment ki aa tarvata final ga H4 approve avvataniki antha gap emi ledu so h4 approve ainappudey ead card kuda ravocchu anukuntunna  @ameriprise

nako doubt.. nee h4, h4 ead evaru file chestunaru nuvvu chestunnava or attorney? if its attorney asking them is easier no?
