Since you asked that question, marriage is only an established practice in humans. But if what you mean to say is sexual reproduction, I don't think it is a requirement that both participating parties should be of the same species. Now, I don't quite know if inter species sexual relationships are a thing, because it might be possible that most animals don't get attracted to a different species like that. But artificial breeding, quite possible.

They obviously can have sex, mules are another example. I just don't know if they are actually sexually attracted to each other or if it's a democratic compulsion.
