If Mr Subbu says he makes 300K profit per year on a restaurant, you are missing one thing: his time and salary for his time. It is not a turn key business. Mr Subbu should pay himself salary, as he is working 6 days a week. What is the net profit then? 300K minus 200K salary for himself = 100K.  If one wants to buy such a business, you can offer like 150K to 200K (1.5 to 2 times the profit).

These restaurant businesses are easy to replicate, if you are a chef. If you are a chef, you can hire another guy as a chef, and the latter chef can't play dirty games the moment your restaurant starts making money.

sunnyvale lo okka place lo last 5 years lo 6th or 7th restaurant nadusthundi ippudu.
