Company C filed my H1B on March 18th and got RFE now my question is, can I file new h1b from company B after 60 days from Feb 28th, 2019(i,e after apr 30th)? . Please let me know thanks (my company C h1b filing is in RFE state) Quote

You are technically tied until Company C petition is approved because Company B can not establish valid status for you to file since Company A revoked on Feb 28, 2019. You can ask company B to file new petition without any reference because USCIS allows anyone to have multiple petitions and work for multiple employers at the same time Quote
