dummyquestion Posted April 21, 2019 Author Report Posted April 21, 2019 @tacobell fan these are the answers i got.Are we missing some thing?thanks lawyer 1 Me—-Hi can you please answer this. Company A laid-off me in Feb 2019 and they said they will communicate to USCIS that my end date is Feb 28th, 2019. Company C filed my H1B on March 18th and got RFE now my question is, can I file new h1b from company B after 60 days from Feb 28th, 2019? to be on the safe side. Please let me know thanks (my company C h1b filing is in RFE state) Lawyer——-Yes. As you no longer with employer A and you are considered employee of C. Does your I-94 with employer A still valid? Thanks. Me——My i94 valid until sep 2019 with employer A so employer B can file my H1B after April 2019 (after 60 days)even though employer C is in rfe state right sir?please let me know thanks Lawyer——-Yes. You are currently an employee of employer C and therefore there petition may act as a bridge petition. You should be ok. ================================================================================================================================= lawyer 2 A petition can be filed but whether the change of employer with extension of status is requested or whether consular processing is chosen on the petition would be a discussion to have with the employer B'a immigration attorney. ========================================================================================================================================= Quote
tacobell fan Posted April 21, 2019 Report Posted April 21, 2019 @dummyquestion lawyer 2 di bane undi kani malli inko attorney opinion ante there is no end kada but you can still talk to him Quote
Merabharathmahan Posted April 21, 2019 Report Posted April 21, 2019 TS, why r u not putting A B C in a order. Why u r saying employer C as ur second one, it confuses them. A tarvata C antunnav then malli B employer ippudu kothaga file chestadu antunnav. Quote
