Police arrest two teens for alleged murder plot to kill at least nine people

Two 14-year-old girls living outside Orlando, Florida, allegedly crafted an intricate plan to kill people on a "hit list." A teacher found a folder containing the plans and reported it to police. The girls were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder and kidnapping.
