Barely and hops are used in beer. Currently they are being imported by micro breweries in India. Anduke aa idea.

avocados are plantations so easy to maintain ani naa yokka idi. Even I want to grow passion fruit too. Noal farms ani oka YT channel Japanese agriculture meeda videos pedthadu.

Mango farm near Thiruvuru (K. Dt) per acre 15-20 lakhs unnayi but crop every year undali ani guarantee ledu. For example this year its a disaster. Crop yield and supply and demand playa vital role. Owning them isn’t enough. Luck kuda undali

it won’t make sense to buy because who will look after if your family live far away. But you can buy if you really want. Maintenance is big concern.
