I completely agree with JC Diwakar Reddy's comments today.

 

It's not Pasupu Kumkuma scheme, its the timing of money which perfectly worked out for TDP/CBN. 

 

Releasing 4000 rupees just a day or 2 before elections, releasing 3000 for farmers a couple of days prior to elections.

 

This time CBN, if win, will be because of below 3 reasons:

1) Muslim votes as CBN is against BJP/Modi

2) Old age Pensioners who are received 2000 per month now 

3) Pasupu Kumkuma beneficiaries

Spent 30,000 crores taxpayers money for winning an election. CBN has set a very bad example and now, every other politician who is in power will do the same thing to retain...what ever you do for four and half years does not matter but last minute doll outs like pasupu kumkuma just three days before the election has decided the fate and future of a state.
