hmm, not moving aithe? FT ki bonus , PTO , 401k , Insurance , untayi kada? will consultancy pay atleast some of these benefits? db posts lo aithe some pay part of health insurance ani cheptunnaru , 401k isthara consulting lo?

No benefits in consulting. FT lo chala benefits untayi and ma employer health insurance kuda ivvadu we are enrolled in his group plan but pay 100%. Its a trade off i would say. Koncham ekkuva ravachu but stability to poliste picha light. More over immigration gola kuda enta undadu. FT manchi company , tech stack and location ayite ade any day best but thats my opinion.

Totally agreed. Thats how i travel too. But it might get tricky once we have family. Also tech stack nachakapote ventane jump cheyachu FT lo u have to compromise nachani work chestu. +ves kuda def unnayi in consulting . Several logistics and personal situations batte we can decide b/w FT or C2C
