My guess would be that there is more good microbiota in cow when compared to buffalo. Same reason why buffalo milk is thicker than cow milk. Usually if you have more fibrous diet as opposed to fatty foods, you will have better microbiota. So, cow dung is better than buffalo dung. But again, I didn't test either of the microbiota so I have no idea. But this could be a good hypothesis. Quote
