you wish billing is that simple in Insurance , usually there will be a lot more complexity

It also depends on the contract/plan and what the benefits are , some plans will be exclusively offered to national accounts ( big companies) , some plans will be exclusively offered to small companies like less than 100 employees etc , there used to be some tax subsidies too earlier in the equation , inka chala untayi

It also depends on Individual too , previous year claims valla premiums will be more , this is not just for health insurance, applies to auto too

True that.  May be understanding kosam nenu oversimplify chesanu emo.  True, size of the company and the types of plan also influence what the premiums would be.

Agreed but I didn't claim with this employer since last 4 yrs . In my case its because of group lo unna valla claims.

Offer letter has no mention about bonuses.  Bonus lantivi yearly ferformance batti istaaru kada Ani lite teeskunna.  

Do you guys negotiate that too?

Depends on org too. Maa company lo konni orgs lo if you are highly visible you get close to 10%.Maaku 3-6 percent. Promotion vasthe 8-9.Health insurance around 130 for spouse and me. But maadhi high deductible plan. ante 5000 ala

depends on the company & ur performance rating.

maa company lo meets expectations ki 2-3% hike. exceeds ki 3-7%. strongly exceeds ki 10% varaku.  stocks ekkuva vasthayi strongly exceeds and exceeds ki

Guys clarify one thing.  are ferformance appraisal  related pay hike and Bonuses different??

Is it okay to ask while negotiating an offer what is the bonus structure in the company?  Naa offer letter lo there is no mention of bonuses as such.

Trolling pakkana petti cheppandi pls.  My first experience negotiating in US.
