Prabha’s Land Case Still has no Solution

Last year, Revenue Officials seized Young Rebel Star Prabhas house after Serlimgapally Tehsildar Vasuchandra gave instructions to remove all the illegal constructions in the 84 acres 30 gunta land in Survey No 46.

 

Mala Ramulu and Neerudu Lakshmaiah approached the court claiming that the land belongs to the private persons and then Tahsildar has passed the order.

 

Prabhas approached High Court over the order claiming that the officials acted in an illegal manner.

 

A bench of Justice V Ramasubramanian and Justice P Keshava Rao found fault with the revenue officials for the forcible dispossession of Prabhas from his 2083 square yards of land at Raidurg, near HiTech city.
