I had very bad exp with WITCH,  aha bata company pedda mosam chesindhi, drug test ayina taruvaha reporting detail vasthundhi ani waiting lead position,  monday join annaru thurday, savu kabburu sallaga chepparu .... client cancel the position ani this was two years back, naa mansuku baga pedda gayam ayindhi appudu..

Always remember..all the witch companies hires you temporarly until they find their original resource from abroad .

 

Unless you transfer h1 to them. They expect you to work two jobs at a time while getting half salary from half job in exchange of job gaurantee.

I got selected for 1 position 8 yrs back and they told on Monday morning that position is on h0ld ...I got the email at 7 AM...and I  already relocated to that place..paid 1 m0nth advance for r00m...and flight expenses -all b0kka

After such exp - i never submitted my profile to WITCH ...

eh 4 ead , OPTee ani kadu...if they get less billing they will take any1...most of the times they will bring resources from india-they are cheapter than oft

same happened to me last week.. valani em cheyalem bro.. lite tessko.. its how marketting goes all internal references only.. no talent recognition..wasting our time

Even if you can do something, WITCH companies will pay fine like Infy paid $30M to USCIS. WITCH companies have internal beauracracy, which protects them from their misdeeds. 

Don't even waste time on such stuff. It is like worrying about your B tech enemy now.
