Hello friends,

I have recently filed H1b amendment at a new client couple of months back and the petition is still pending.

I have to urgently travel to india to health concerns.

I have asked TCS Client letter they said they can only provide if there's an RFE.

If yes ela someone please throw some light

CL for stamping bro I am planning to travel for 2-3 months

Bro, you cannot submit any additional documents unless there is an rfe. I might be wrong

Bro, If it gets approved I need CL for stamping since I will be in India.
