here is the situation:

F2 dependent visa interview attend avvocha when husband's COS is pending lo vunnappudu?

H1 apply chesaru, okavela pick ayitey COS case pending lo vuntundi kada...present in OPT status.

Cheyyocchu as they have no information of it yet.. approve aithe u have to go for h4.

F2 risk bro.. not easy to get...unless spouse OPT fulltime aithe thappa.. that too 90k plus salary  unte.. so wait for h1 approval and ask ur wife to apply h4..its easy then f2

okkasari f2 rejedt avthe h4 appudu scrutiny untundhii... desperation laaga unnnaru ani..appudu h4 kuda risk
